Please note that as of July 1, 2026, massage therapy fees will increase by $5 per treatment. This adjustment helps us maintain the quality of care and service our patients expect. We appreciate your continued support.

Our entrance is on Redpath Ave. → Use the commercial entrance elevator to find us on the second floor.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card on file is required to secure your booking. It will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be used in cases of no shows or late cancellations, unless you request to use it for payment.

By booking online, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid charges.
  • No shows and late cancellations without 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
  • If you anticipate being late, please notify us by email at info@recreorehab.com or by phone at (416) 826-2497.

Direct Billing Available

We offer direct billing most major insurance companies. Please bring a prescription if required by your insurer, and an alternate payment option in case coverage is partial/unavailable.

Olivia is a Registered Massage Therapist who also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. She adopts a patient-first approach to each treatment and utilizes an array of manual therapy techniques to help her clients work toward a pain-free life.

Coming from an athletic background, Olivia has a strong interest and experience with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and pain management. Having suffered from multiple head injuries, she understands the important role that massage therapy can play in managing headaches, stress, and chronic pain.

Brandon graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Complementing this, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Waterloo. Brandon is currently studying Osteopathy at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy.

Jaz is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and holds a certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Outside of the clinic, she is a competitive ultimate frisbee player and has represented Team Canada at the national level.

She provides individualized plans focused on injury prevention and rehabilitation, pain management, and performance optimization. She has clinical experience treating patients of all ages and activity levels.
