Our massage therapists are experts in hands-on care and utilize a combination of manual therapy techniques that are best suited for your goals. Each session consists of an assessment, massage therapy, corrective exercise, and a personalized treatment plan. Your practitioner may utilize a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, cupping, and acupuncture to address specific movement concerns.
Please bring shorts and a tank top/sports bra that don't restrict your movement and give your therapist access to the body parts they will be treating.


Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists excel in creating personalized treatment plans for rehabilitation and improving movement performance. Each session starts with an assessment, includes manual therapy, and customized exercise programming. Your physiotherapist may also integrate advanced techniques, such as acupuncture/dry needling, joint mobilizations, and more.


Neurofunctional Acupuncture

Neurofunctional /contemporary medical acupuncture, is a form of acupuncture that targets the peripheral nervous system. Through stimulation and neuro-modulation of the peripheral nerves, we can elicit changes to the tissues that they innervate.

Brandon is deeply passionate about helping others resolve acute or chronic musculoskeletal injuries that may limit their physical performance and quality of daily life. His goal is to help others strive towards developing physical resiliency through injury management and prevention, with a strong focus on education.

Brandon graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2017 and went on to complete his Master of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney, graduating in 2021.

As a strength and conditioning coach, he possesses an extensive background in sports and athletic development, having worked with various varsity level sports teams and athletes, and has been immersed in the world of sport since the age of 4. He grew up in Markham playing AAA/AA ice hockey in the OMHA and GTHL, along with competitive soccer and taekwondo.

Brandon is dedicated to using evidence-based practice, treatments, and strategies to help individuals managed their injuries and achieve their greatest potential through movement and a healthy lifestyle.

Olivia is a Registered Massage Therapist who also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. She adopts a patient-first approach to each treatment and utilizes an array of manual therapy techniques to help her clients work toward a pain-free life.

Coming from an athletic background, Olivia has a strong interest and experience with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and pain management. Having suffered from multiple head injuries, she understands the important role that massage therapy can play in managing headaches, stress, and chronic pain.

Mac graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy while also holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in nutrition.

While being very flexible for each client, Mac uses his additional certifications as a Yoga Teacher and Strength and Conditioning Coach to form an integrative whole-body approach to treatment.

From experience working with Athletes looking to improve performance, Seniors wanting to reduce pain and get back to doing what they love, Office workers who want to feel lively and limber at their desk, to palliative care patients just looking for support and care, Mac enjoys working with clients from all walks of life.

He frequently uses postural as well as movement assessments to pin-point problem areas and educate those he works with so that they can free themselves of aches and pains and get back to living the life they want to lead. His techniques often include Dynamic stretching, PNF, Myofascial release, Swedish massage, Sports-based massage, Thai-based massage, as well as focused movement patterns to provide relief and restore balance in the body.

Mac believes that through treatment, education, and body awareness, everyone can find a new level of energy and health. His aim is to find the clearest path to this for each individual.

Complementing this, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Waterloo. Brandon is currently studying Osteopathy at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy.

Brandon is committed to optimizing athletic performance, preventing/rehabilitating injuries, and promoting overall well-being for his clients.
